How to order

Step 2

Step 3
Total payment and account number will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

Step 4
Payment can be made via online transfer, transfer with atm or cash deposit to my Maybank account.

Step 5
After making the payment, please email me the following details:

Amount paid:
Transaction date and time:
Reference No (for online banking only):

PLEASE KEEP THE RECEIPT!

Payment which make from other bank will takes 1 to 3 working days to clear the payment into my Maybank account. Your items will be delivered once the bank has confirmed the payment.

Step 6
Once i receive your payment, your item will be delivered to you.

Shipping

1) Postage fee is not included. The postage rates are as follows:

Pos Laju
West Malaysia - From RM 5.50
East Malaysia - From RM 8

Pos Laju is the fastest and safest method of delivery. Signature required upon receiving package. There must be someone to collect the item when Mr postman arrive at your house. :)

Pos Ekspres
From RM 3.50
Signature not required. Required 1-3 working days to reach your doorstep.

Please make sure your mailing address is stated correctly in your order as Pos Express do not require a recipient's signature.

Please take note that we will NOT be responsible for any losses made during delivery.

Terms & Conditions

1. Prices stated are in Ringgit Malaysia and are not inclusive of delivery charges.

2. Once item had been sent according to the given address, no
responsibility shall be taken for damage or loss during posts unless it has been wrongly addressed to (differs from your add given).

3. We are not responsible for any DAMAGE or LOSS during shipping.

4. Due to the handcrafted nature of our goods, each product is unique and may slightly different from the displayed images.

5. Goods will only be delivered when full payment is made.
